I had webroot for several years, then to Norton.
My initial experience with TOTAL is very positive. Interestingly it came up with quite a few overlapping duplicate files and risks from several years ago. I checked, the other software systems did not uncover the anomalies. so far so good.

I want a phone number to talk to some one I have payed twice for your service but I never shows up on my credit card even through you say it is good to go then few days later I get a notice I have not paid I want someone too call me. You are listed #1 in Free Antivirus Protection. The ads say free real time antivirus protection. (I have a photo) But that is not the case. It is a free download and free scan after the fact. And then you harass me to upgrade to real time virus protection. I will continue to research my options. By the way, you signed me up for 1 free week but I didn't ask for it. I am looking for service that does not take over my computer and harass me daily with pop ups. You aren't the only one who does this. It is EXCESSIVE! It is ridiculous!
